The Commonwealth Conservation Center occupies a 32,000 square foot structural steel and masonry facility with 2 loading docks and drive in accessibility. It is equipped with a climate controlled zoned HVAC system, a wet pipe sprinkler system, and a central station security system with cameras, smoke and fire detection functionality.
